Welcome to the modern, classic wellness holiday home the Noteboom. The Noteboom is equipped with all luxuries you can think of, making it a lovely wellness holiday home for six people. 

Modern holiday home with open view

A beautiful new white kitchen with beautiful view of the outdoors has been installed. The kitchen itself has a modern look and is equipped with all conveniences. It has, among other things, a practical induction cooker, a built-in microwave oven, a large fridge with freezing compartment, a dishwasher and beautiful Villeroy & Boch plates. Of course, you will also find a toaster, a lemon squeezer, water boiler and Senseo coffee maker here. Enjoy a lovely dinner together at the dining table with comfortable chairs: there is plenty of room for six people and the highchair available in the home.

You will find a full-body combined Sun Shower in the beautiful, modern bathroom. Will you tan during your shower or do you prefer the infrared heat lamps? You can do both! The separate toilet in the Noteboom has the same colors as the bathroom.

 From the front of the home, which is located at the end of a dead-end street, you will have a wonderful view of the beautiful pond. From the hot tub, covered terrace or comfortable hammock you have a wonderful view of the adjacent meadow where you can see the cows grazing during the summer. The Noteboom has the largest garden of all out homes (Villa Catharina excluded). Privacy, the view and the central location of the garden, hot tub and covered terrace are characteristic for this home.

Holiday home with sauna

In the annex you will find an infrared sauna for four people, a massage machine and a massage chair. Adjacent to the sauna room you will find the lovely covered terrace where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view on the large lounging couch made of scaffolding wood, furnished with pillows. Enjoy the fantastic view of the meadow and old tree mound from the hot tub that you can warm up yourself with firewood.

 The Noteboom is artfully decorated and supplied with all comforts. The living room is tastefully decorated with a wood-burning stove, luxurious and comfortable chairs and a comfortable couch. You will also have free wireless internet, a flat screen TV and a DVD player and a Sonos at your disposal. The Noteboom has two bedrooms with comfortable boxspring beds upstairs and one downstairs. 

The downstairs bathroom is equipped with a lovely Sun Shower rain shower, a washbasin of natural stone and a beautiful infrared painting heater by Heatfun®. In the pantry, you will find a washing machine/dryer, flat iron and ironing board.

The Noteboom is located in a beautiful spot at the end of a dead-end street, in a oasis of quiet and space. This lovely wellness home has a spacious, sunny 950 m² garden. The Noteboom comes highly recommended for a weekend or midweek break with friends, a romantic weekend together or with the whole family.

 Group accommodation for 12 people

 When combined with the Lindenburg, this home is ideal for two families (a maximum of 12 people). It is possible to book the Lindenburg and the Noteboom together. We will open the linking door in the garden so you can reach either home from the garden. This is a great option if you want to keep your own privacy.

If you prefer to be together in the same home and eat at the same table, then Villa Catharina, with private pool, is a better option.
