Welcome to "Het Belegh van Groll," a modern 5-person wellness home for adults only and (maximum 1) four-legged friend. From the outside, a home fitting for the region and surroundings; from the inside, completely renovated and meets all the luxury requirements of today.

🛋️ The Living Room with an Open Kitchen

The spacious living room offers a cosy layout and all imaginable luxuries. Enjoy a comfortable lounge sofa, and warmth from the wood-burning fireplace, and relax in the reclining armchair. The 5-meter-long luxury kitchen leads to a dining island, perfect for enjoyable meals together.

🛁 Bathroom and Other Facilities

Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable box springs. The master bedroom has a generous double bed, while the other bedroom features a similar bed and an additional 90 cm wide box spring bed. The upper floor is equipped with a second toilet and additional sinks in a calm and chic colour scheme. Both the ground floor and upper floor have a beautiful oak PVC floor.

🛏️ The Bedrooms

"Het Belegh van Groll" has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with double box springs for a relaxing night's sleep. In the other room, there is also a double box spring, along with a (90cm) box spring for a fifth person.

Treat yourself by using the Finnish sauna, immerse yourself in the wood-fired hot tub, and enjoy a luxurious and sunny experience in the bathroom with a sunshower.

🌳 The Garden

The enclosed garden offers freedom for your four-legged friend (maximum 1) and relaxation for you, both on the covered terrace with a wood-burning fireplace and in the sunny terrace and garden early in the spring.
